Auckland Delivery:

• Standard shipping within Auckland takes an estimated 1-2 business days and costs a flat rate of $6.50 NZD.

Rest of New Zealand:

• Standard shipping for the rest of New Zealand starts at $8.50 NZD and varies depending 

• on your delivery zone.

• Standard shipping for the rest of New Zealand takes an estimated 3-5 business days.

• Rural deliveries may incur additional shipping costs.

Delivery Estimates:

• These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges:

• We accept returns and exchanges for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

• You will be refunded the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

Damaged Items:

• If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at sales@alexandras.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

• We will address damaged items on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory solution.
