Thai Coconut Rice is a gentle but deliciously fragrant meal in the style of fine Thai cuisine with Saffron, coriander, chilli, cumin, bell pepper and roasted spices. Our first ready to cook meal with an Asian influence will compliment chicken, beef or fish, or it can be served on its own. Serves four as a side dish or two as a main.

Just add to a pot of water, simmer, rest, and serve. Ready in 15 minutes. Serves 4.
